What I meant is that the Alexander Ihrig Send Later button is no longer available for download / installation.

Tried your suggestion, but no joy. I've got this same issue on all 3 of my PCs.

I can't see the Send Later button that I have been using (by Alexander Ihrig, v2.0b2, Last updated 16/09/2020) as an available add-on now when I search for Thunderbird add-ons.

That alternative seems to do work fine and, interestingly, it has very recently been updated (which makes me wonder if that add-on encountered similar issues).

Since Thunderbird 128 your Send Later button does not work. CTL+SHIFT+ENTER still works for the same effect, but click on Send Later button appears to do nothing at all now.

Will there be an update to Send Later button to get it working again?

I have tried a the options that you suggest. The issue exists with each of those settings.

At a guess I suspect that Thunderbird is aware, in some way. of the (almost) borderless windows that Win10 provides and the few pixels of creep on each launch are related to this and that, in some way. Get/Send-Button is triggering this. Of course I could be wrong.

As an aside, I was not expecting to get Thunderbird 68 yet¹ (as an automatic update from Thunderbird 60) but 68 was suddenly available within Thunderbird one day on my desktop PC and I updated to it. But on my Win7 laptop, it won't update past 60.9.0. So the laptop does not have this issue (yet), even if I update to the latest 68 compatible extensions.

It is not a major issue and I shall be moving across to Win10 in due course anyhow. So if not a problem in Win10, I guess I can live with it for now.

Footnote 1: I say this as all the 68 release notes state "Thunderbird version [68.0 / 68.1 / 68.1.1 / 68.1.2] is only offered as direct download from thunderbird.net and not as upgrade from Thunderbird version 60 or earlier. A future version [68.1 / 68.2] will provide updates from earlier versions. ". Quite clearly that did not happen in my case as I have already been updated to 68 (and I did not independently download 68). I'm assuming that there must have been a glitch in the updating process at some point.

As I have a large screen I do not use full screen mode. Generally I use applications in half of the screen. The window size / position is usually stored and reused on next launch - Thunderbird used to do this. Thunderbird no longer does this, but opens a few pixels wider after each launch. By a simple process of elimination, I have ascertained that the culprit is Get/Send Button.

Is there a fix for this?
