Hallo liebe Thunderbird Community ! :hallo:
Schach halten . :gruebel:
Also :
[i]in any case, even moving it to another server the issue would still exist because, finally, we've found the real reason why it's happening,
it's not a server or connection issue, this is being caused because sometimes you're reaching the maximum number of connections
to the server per user+IP (10), as it can be seen here:
Jan 28 14:45:37 mailsrv1 dovecot: imap-login: Maximum number of connections from user+IP exceeded (mail_max_userip_connections): user=<xxx>, method=PLAIN, rip=188.23.144.203, lip=37.152.88.11, TLS

We assume you're using multiple devices connected at the same time from the same connection, but one of them must be
creating multiple IMAP connections and is letting them open for a long period instead of closing them after the program has
checked the inbox. The solution is to reduce the number of simultaneous connections of the mail program you're using,
doing so would stop this issue from happening and you could access your emails without any problems.
