"Kontakte: Synchronisations läuft" bleibt dauerhaft bei 163/164 stehen

    Hallo Zusammen,

    Thunderbird-Version: 91.9.1 (64-Bit)

    Betriebsystem + Version: Windows 10, Version 21H2, Build 19044.1706

    Kontoart: Carddav

    Postfachanbieter: Eigener Nextcloud Server, 22.2.3

    Cardbook-Version: 75.4

    Eingesetzte Antivirensoftware: Avira Antivirus Pro

    Firewall: Cisco IOS

    Bei der Syncronisation meiner Kontakte bleibt in der Statusleiste dauerhaft "Kontakte bearbeitet: 163/164" stehen. Ein Doppel-Klick auf diese Meldung zeigt das Aktivitätenfenster an. Dort bleibt dauerhaft stehen: "Kontakte: Synchronisations läuft" und etwas kleiner darunter: "Kontakte bearbeitet: 163/164"

    Scheinbar gibt es bei irgendeinem Kontakt ein Problem diesen zu synchronisieren. In den CardBook-Einstellungen habe ich bereits das Log in den "Debug-Modus" geschaltet.

    Das Log sieht nun wie folgt aus:

    Wie kann ich den betroffenen Kontakt identifizieren um dort das Problem zu suchen?

    Hallo Harald,

    willkommen im Thunderbird-Mail-Forum.

    Da fällt mir erst mal nur ein Ansatz ein: alle exportieren (csv) und anschließend den Export in Excel auf ungewöhnliche Abweichungen sichten.

    Vielleicht noch, einen LDIF-Export probieren und anschließend in ein anderes Adressbuch wieder importieren. Dort prüfen, ob ein Datensatz fehlt.

    163/164 könnte aber auch just der letzte Datensatz sein. Mit etwas Glück.

    Falls jemand auf dasselbe Problem stößt:

    Es war wohl ein Kontakt, der doppelt in der Nextcloud vorhanden war.

    Herausgefunden: Jeden einzelnen Kontakt verglichen...
